I know exactly what you mean about not wanting to let up on your training when you are in the groove so I hope it continues in this vein for you through the whole winter, despite whatever weather is thrown at us. I&#039;m just starting to train again after my broken arm, no cycling or swimming yet but plenty of turbo-training and even a couple of sneaky runs with no ill effects so far...
