The 2011 BikeBiz Awards winners were announced at the ceremony held at the Birmingham Hilton Hotel last night, on 28th September. The awards are an opportunity to celebrate the industry’s highest performing companies and BikeBiz described the 2011 awards as the ‘most competitive cycle trade awards yet.’
Wiggle is ecstatic that the cycling industry voted it ‘Online Retailer of the Year’ for the third year in a row. Marketing Director, Martin Talbot, enthused:
“It is a great honour for us to be awarded the BikeBiz Online Retailer of the Year Award as it is fantastic to be acknowledged by our peers for a third time. It shows our commitment to giving customers the best online cycle experience and we are hugely proud of this award as it reflects the hard work of each and every member of the Wiggle team. We are definitely looking forward to the year ahead!”
Wiggle you are fantastic. You have exceeded my expectations on every occasion which is why I will always keep coming back to you. In fact, you were the topic of conversation at a presentation I did the other day, as you were the example that all companies should follow to aspire to have as good customer focus as you guys do.
