The Golden Chariot eCommerce Awards 2012 decided that Wiggle is officially the “Best for International Delivery”. We even have glassware to prove it…

The Golden Chariot Awards are hosted by Snow Valley, a company that uses ecommerce technology and services to help to develop Europe’s retail and hospitality businesses. The Awards are used to signify the publication of the annual Online Retail Delivery Report which was published on Monday 23rd January.
The official blog notes why Wiggle was awarded the prize :
Wiggle has rapidly scaled up their international service in recent times and now supports 12 currencies, 9 languages, and has country specific sites for their main markets. They also offer free delivery to many countries and provided a fast and informed service when tested.
The blog also managed to get a photo of Wiggle’s IT Director, Aidan Fitzpatrick.

With other winners including well-known and established businesses such as Lush, Whistles, Kiddicare and John Lewis, we were in extremely good company!

Good day
I am from South Africa and from my experience with Wiggle over the last month and a half I cannot imagine on what Wiggle was rated to receive this award as I have placed the same order twice and twice I have not received the order (not to mention the delivery time claim that Wiggle makes, of products being delivered within 7 working days). Each time the same Wiggle representitive notifies me that I should wait 20 working days before the product can be deemed “lost” before any action can be taken. As well that there is no way of tracking an order by the reference number assigned to it by Wiggle, HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?? in a day and age like today, especially a company of the standard and size of Wiggle, surely there delivery system should be able to track an order (even just to make sure that it was delivered)
