Winter Riding – Cold as Snow (But Warm Inside)

This morning, I wrote up a blog about trying not to freeze outside in the cold. It’s not just runners that are affected by the changing seasons, though. If anything, it’s even more important to protect yourself against the wind and rain when you are speeding along the road on your new road bike, or cutting it up off road on a mountain bike. Or, if, like me, you are a cat six (seafront division) racer, then I’m sure you recognise the need for a decent set of lights so you can see all the debris that’s been pushed into the bike lane by passing trucks.
