Here at Wiggle, we know how hard you work to give 100% each time you train, but the slightest change in your body composition can make a huge difference to your results.

To help you track your performance and monitor changes to your body, we’ve teamed up with specialists in body composition monitoring, Tanita, to offer two lucky winners the chance to win some fantastic goodies that will help you stay on top of your vital statistics.

When you’re training for an event or stepping up your training programme, getting the balance between muscle and body fat, and ensuring you’re properly hydrated can be the difference between winning a gold or silver medal.

Ordinary scales just don’t give you the full picture of how your weight and body changes with intense exercise. Tanita monitors uses cutting edge technology that sends a safe electrical signal through the body to accurately measure fat percentage, muscle mass and hydration levels.

Regularly monitoring your body will help you fine tune your training, as well as provide you with accurate feedback on how effective your training is when it comes to being in the best shape of your life and performing at your optimum levels.

With this in your arsenal, you’ll definitely be doing extra victory laps when you see your body fat shrink and your muscle mass increase.
